What is energetic hygiene? Simply put, it's the practice of maintaining clear energetic boundaries and regularly cleansing yourself of accumulated energy that isn't yours. Just as you wouldn't use the same towel on multiple clients, you shouldn't carry one client's energetic imprint into the next session.
