Beauty Foods
Nourishing breakfast and lunch provided each day, crafted to support radiant skin and a regulated nervous system. You’ll also receive beauty food recipes and editable client-facing templates to share in your own practice.
Yoga & Sound Healing
A special immersive session with Jen Minnich to support nervous system recalibration and energetic alignment. You’ll be held in restorative movement and sound to integrate your transformation on a cellular level.
Signature Experience Workshop
Design your own signature event or workshop with real-time guidance. Step into the blue ocean of transformational esthetics by learning to architect gatherings that are fully your own.
Branding Images
Behind-the-scenes photography to visually anchor your transformation. Includes digital images for your socials and site and the option to upgrade to a lifestyle mini-session with In Her Image.
Outdoor Adventure
Nature immersion in the magic of Mendocino. We will take a lightly-guided walk and oceanfront ritual to clear your field, awaken inspiration, and reconnect with your elemental self.

FAQs
Is lodging included in the price?
Lodging is not included, but we highly recommend staying at Little River Inn — the stunning oceanside location where the retreat will be held. We'll also share a few nearby options if you’d prefer something else, and you’ll have support inside the private Mighty Network space to coordinate plans with other attendees
What do I need to bring with me?
Bring comfortable clothing for hands-on practice and movement, a notebook or journal, and an open heart. All facial supplies and materials will be provided. Once registered, you’ll also receive access to our private Mighty Network space where you’ll find optional prep and packing tips. Also, an outfit you feel beautiful in for our lifestyle photos!
Will I leave with a certificate or CEUs?
No certificate is issued. This is a hands-on immersion, not a certification program. You’ll leave with real, embodied skills — including a customizable Energetic Facial Blueprint and deeper integration of your own magic into your client work — but this is not about collecting paper. It's about practicing mastery.
Is this only for people who have taken the Signature Soul Service program?
No prior coursework is required. That said, the full Signature Soul Service program is a natural next step if you want to go deeper after the retreat. It’s available as an optional upgrade for those who want continued mentorship and to fully develop their branded soul service.
Is this retreat only for licensed estheticians?
Yes. This experience is specifically curated for licensed professionals in the esthetics industry. It’s a space for advanced artistry, peer mentorship, and professional evolution — not entry-level skincare or general wellness.
What’s the refund or cancellation policy?
Due to the limited nature of this retreat (only 8 spots), all sales are final. If you have a true emergency and can no longer attend, reach out to us. While we can't guarantee a refund, we’ll do our best to support you in finding a solution.

09/07/25 — Signature Service Foundation
Day one is dedicated to hands-on facial training through the full Signature Soul Service method.
You’ll learn how to lead a complete session that combines consultation, mirror work, energetic activation, facial sequence, and the Sales RX process — all structured to feel deeply personal and fully your own.
Optional: If you’re arriving Saturday, you’re invited to a welcome circle at my home.

09/08/25 — Workshop & Event Design
On day two, we will begin with a hybrid yoga and sound healing.
You’ll design a client-facing workshop, ritual, or event that draws from your Signature Soul Service — but doesn’t require hands-on work.
We’ll map out your session structure, refine the delivery, and develop language that feels aligned with your client base.
This day helps you expand your business beyond appointments, so your work can travel, scale, and support you in new environments and new streams of income.

Tuesday
09/09/25 — Brand Integration & Expression
The final day is about presence, visibility, and ownership. You’ll craft a client-facing ritual — such as a grounding meditation or energetic welcome — that reflects your voice and guides your client’s experience from the start.
In the afternoon, we’ll hold a lifestyle branding shoot with In Her Image, a celebration dress-up moment, and a closing circle to seal your transformation.
You’ll leave with clarity, content, and a service suite that reflects the full depth of your work..
